iForumRx is a project of the University of Maryland Baltimore, School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science.  It is intended for healthcare professionals and is modeled to serve as an “on-line journal club” for ambulatory care specialists.

 

The site is available to registered users over age 18 who are in compliance with all policies and Terms and Conditions of Use.

iForum Rx provides information only. This WEBSITE does not provide medical advice.  It is intended for general informational purposes only. iForum Rx requests personal information from you. We do so in an effort to make the site more specific and useful to you. If you do not provide us with personal information during registration you will not be able to have access to the site.

 

iForum Rx makes every effort to protect your personal information. When you register via the iForum Rx website, we use encryption technology for your password.  Please note that we use a third-party solution for managing our email list, and SSL is not used on the email. However, we keep your email address and personal information private (i.e. we do not share your personal information with those outside of the website). Please use your own judgment when sending information to us via email. Email communication is not always secure.

 

In addition to securing your personal information as described above, it is our policy not to provide your personal information to third parties except when necessary under certain circumstances noted in our Privacy Policy.

 

iForum Rx may provide links to other websites that we feel may be of interest or of use to you. A link to another site from iForum Rx does not constitute an endorsement by iForum Rx of the third-party site. Further, iForum Rx has no control over the content, terms and conditions of use, and/or the privacy practices of third-party sites to which it links.

Claims
